Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that you may have questions about how you can utilize Compass Professional Suites to further your business goals. Please find some of the most frequently asked here and feel free to contact us if you have further questions!

Can I schedule a showing of the office spaces? 

You may walk through the office spaces and commune areas any time during business hours. If a door is closed to an office space, please do not disturb the meeting. If business hours 8am to 4pm do not work for you please request a primary and alternate date/time for a showing. Monday - Friday between 7 AM and 7 PM.

Can I gain access to the offices after hours for clients? 

Yes, you will be given a code to the main keyless entry to access a leased space, and those who are revolving customers that use spaces part time. The codes are changed at random intervals for security reasons, but we will notify you when this happens and provide a new code.

Can I bring personal furniture or other items such as decorations into the office spaces? 

You may bring your own furniture and or items in if you enter into a lease contract as the space will be dedicated to your use.

Can I bring in medical equipment to any of the spaces such as a large chair for clients, a mini fridge for medications, or display cases for products? 

You may bring any of these items into the space under a lease agreement. If these items are mobile, you may bring them in for the duration of your temporary reservation as long as the existing furniture is placed in their original position. Please schedule time to move your items in and out your items.

Is Internet provided? 

Yes! We provide you with the fastest wireless connection available.

Do any of the office spaces have a sink? 

No, these spaces are primarily designed as offices and meeting rooms. However, there are two sinks in the building.

Where do my clients park?

You and your clients have dedicated parking in the upper parking lot marked Compass Professional Suites. Handicap parking is in the lower lot for those who need it.

Can I receive mail at Compass Professional Suites physical address? 

Yes, you can receive letter mail for a sorting fee of 25.00 per month. Due to HIPPA requirements for our medical practitioners, our mailbox is locked and management must sort mail when it is retrieved.

Can I receive packages at Compass Professional Suites physical address? 

Yes, however, you are responsible for receiving your packages.

Can I advertise my business with signs on around the building? 

You may advertise with a small sign that adheres to our larger Compass suites sign. Any other signs must be discussed with the building owners. We will place your logo on our website to aid in advertisement as well.
